Coal bed water-flooding sealer

Ⅰ. Scope of Application: Coal bed water-flooding, dust laying, coal bed pressure reducing, coal cracking, and gas exhausting etc.

Ⅱ. Functions:

  1. It can reduce the gas content effectively by means of injecting water into the coal bed, and let out part of the gas.
  2. Dust can be reduced by 80% after effective water-flooding, so that to improve the workers’ operation circumstances, and prevent explosion accident.
  3. To humidify the coal and prevent auto-burning of the coal.
  4. To inject water with high pressure, and crack the coal, to reduce cost and increase safety feeling of the workers.
Breaking coal with sealer can prevent effectively the coal and gas get protruding and explosion.

Ⅲ. Structure:

The sealer consists of high-pressure expansion tube, relief valve, and fast connector.

Operation flow: 4—4.5 tons of water can be injected per hour

Ⅴ. Application method and points for attention:
  1. Application of coal bed sealer makes the operation quicker and simpler. What the workers need to do is to connect the sealer on the water way of the operation site, insert the sealer into the hole completely. The rubber tube of the sealer will be expanded and realize the sealing, water-flooding and crack the coal.
  2. Coal bed water-flooding sealer can be used repeatedly. Discharging the pressure after water-injection, the seal aperture can recovery back to normal. Then, take the sealer out.
  3. Operation with pressure when insert or recover the sealer is strictly prohibited.
To ensure that no person stays in front of the sealer during its operation.
